David Tropiano
Founder & Principal, Alpha Insurance Solutions
David Tropiano is an innovative insurance industry executive who, prior to founding Alpha Insurance Solutions, spent the past two decades working for Fortune 100 insurance companies in highly visible roles. His experience and expertise spans across agency sales and distribution, insurance technology, underwriting, claims and senior level management. In 2025, David oversaw the acquisition of Alpha California Insurance Agency, a 25-year-old insurance firm that now operates under Alpha Insurance Solutions and continues to do business under the d/b/a - Insurance Solutions Lab – in California.
Over his career, David has been recognized for multiple leadership and achievement awards from his time working at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Progressive Insurance, Comparion Insurance Agency and LeadWell Media.
David is an undergraduate of the University of California, San Diego and holds an M.B.A from the University of California, Irvine – Paul Merage School of Business.
